Chris is an experienced business leader with over 25 years of entrepreneurial and operational excellence. As the Partner and Chief Operating Officer of Greenfield Growth Partners, LLC (GGP), Chris co-founded the private holding company in 2018, which owns and manages majority ownership positions in RMC Group, Commercial Restoration Company, Monroe Roofing Company, and Forensic Engineering Company. In his current role, he supports and coaches’ executive teams and operational leadership to drive success across the company’s portfolio.
Prior to co-founding GGP in 2018, Chris Sinclair maintained a successful career in the restoration industry, where he held key leadership roles at several major companies. He co-founded Rocky Mountain Catastrophe, which merged with BELFOR Property Restoration in 1999, and later served as President of the Western Region. With over 25 years of experience in the restoration sector, Chris has a proven track record of leading successful operations, managing high-performing teams, and driving business expansion in both the U.S. and internationally.
