Alex is a highly accomplished financial executive and CPA (inactive) with broad expertise in public accounting, publicly traded companies, emerging start-ups, and investor-owned organizations. As a growth-oriented financial leader, Alex has led significant organic growth initiatives and played a key role in mergers and acquisitions that have yielded $320MM in Enterprise Value.
As Managing Partner of Greenfield Growth Partners (GGP) and Chief Financial Officer of both RMC Group and Forensic Engineering Company, Alex plays a critical leadership role in driving financial performance, strategic planning, and sustainable growth across the GGP portfolio. With deep expertise in financial strategy, operational efficiency, and business transformation, Alex has consistently guided GGP’s portfolio companies through pivotal stages—from startup growth and scaling to financial turnarounds and strategic acquisitions. Alex’s ability to understand core business drivers and align financial goals with operational execution has earned them a reputation as a trusted advisor and results-driven leader.
Alex graduated from the Bloch School of Business at UMKC with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and has also completed executive education at Harvard Business School. In addition to professional responsibilities, Alex serves on the Bloch School of Business Dean’s advisory board. Alex enjoys supporting both local and global mission projects and spending time and traveling with his son and daughter.
