Sebastian is a Financial Analyst at Greenfield Growth Partners (GGP), where he contributes to a variety of financial analysis efforts, helping deliver meaningful insights that inform decision making and advance the firm’s broader objectives. In addition to his analytical responsibilities, Sebastian contributes to initiatives that address the team’s evolving needs and enhance overall effectiveness. He is committed to expanding his expertise and contributing to the firm’s continued growth.
Prior to joining GGP full-time in 2026, Sebastian served as a Financial Analyst Intern with the firm during the summer of 2025. His previous experience in customer service rolls helped him develop strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills that continue to complement his role and ability to collaborate effectively with others. During his internship, Sebastian gained valuable hands-on experience and developed a strong appreciation for GGP’s collaborative and positive work environment. The approachable leadership and supportive team culture made a lasting impression and played an important role in his decision to continue his career with GGP in a full-time position.
Sebastian earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Kansas in 2026. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and golfing.
